Really enjoyed our meal here! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions. The sweet and sour pork was crispy, tender, and had a nice balance of sweet and tangy flavors. The sesame balls were crispy outside and chewy inside. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurant had a clean, comfortable atmosphere. Definitely a great place for a casual meal with family or friends. I’ll be back!

As someone who grew up in China, I'm usually pretty picky about Chinese food in the U.S. After trying so many Chinese restaurants over the years, I honestly didn't expect to find one this authentic in Santa Barbara. Meet Up Chinese Cuisine was such a pleasant surprise. We ordered the Shredded Pork with Garlic Sauce, Mapo Tofu, Lanzhou Beef Noodle Soup, and Yangzhou Fried Rice, and every dish exceeded my expectations. The Shredded Pork with Garlic Sauce was probably my favorite. The pork was tender, the vegetables were crisp, and the sauce had the perfect balance of savory, slightly sweet, tangy, and just the right amount of spice. It tasted exactly like the authentic version I grew up eating. The Mapo Tofu was another standout. The tofu was silky smooth, the sauce was rich and flavorful, and it paired perfectly with steamed rice. It had that authentic homemade taste that's surprisingly difficult to find outside of China. The Lanzhou Beef Noodle Soup was incredibly comforting. The broth was rich without being greasy, the beef was tender, and the noodles had the perfect chewy texture. Easily without a doubt hands down the best Chinese restaurant in Santa Barbara! My favorite dishes are the Dan Dan Noodles, Mapu Tofu with pork, Honey Walnut Shrimp and Orange Chicken. Their food is always so delicious and full of flavor unlike some of the other bland tasteless greasy places (China King for example) and they have an amazing attentive wonderful gospel friendly staff members. And to top of it off they have a really super funny AI robot that can take your order and even sing you a celebratory happy birthday song with some yummy sesame balls! Also they have a killer lunch special which is a must to check out Monday—Friday from 11-4 starting at $9.99 which you can’t beat for the amount and quality of food I get I usually can’t finish the whole meal and have seconds for leftovers! :)

My friends and I stopped by for dinner here and we were blown away by the AMAZING food, great customer service, and beautiful interior! We ordered several items and we all left our plates clean! We definitely recommend this place, you won’t regret it!

The ambiance is elegant, the service is attentive, and most importantly, the Sichuan cuisine is authentic, delicious, and absolutely fantastic. The grilled skewers are also very tasty. This Chinese restaurant in Santa Barbara is a must-try.
